Role DescriptionThis is a part-time remote role for a BPS Instructor at TEAM Academy BPS. The instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality educational materials, preparing and conducting engaging virtual training sessions, and providing guidance to participants in various BPS specialties. Additional responsibilities include creating practice questions, reviewing complex exam content, addressing participants' queries, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of BPS exam requirements and industry trends. QualificationsStrong expertise in one or more BPS specialty areas (e.g., pharmacotherapy, critical care, cardiology, pediatrics, oncology).Proficiency in creating educational content and delivering online training sessions.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage and guide participants effectively.Demonstrated ability in critical thinking, problem-solving, and reviewing complex material.Familiarity with BPS exam structure, standards, and preparation techniques.Proven experience in instructional design or professional development, preferably in the pharmacy or healthcare sector.BPS certification in the relevant specialty is strongly preferred.A minimum of a PharmD degree or equivalent professional qualification in pharmacy.
