The organization encourages innovative ideas that enhance service quality and patient experience.Role Description The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the pharmacy branch in Qesm 1st Nasser City, ensuring efficient workflow, excellent customer service, and compliance with all regulatory and company standards. This full-time, on-site role includes supervising and coaching pharmacy and front-desk staff, managing schedules, and monitoring performance to maintain service quality and operational consistency. The Branch Manager will handle inventory management, including ordering, stock control, and loss prevention, while ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. They will manage cash handling procedures, support sales and promotional activities, resolve customer concerns, and coordinate with senior management on branch targets and improvement initiatives. The role also involves maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for customers and employees, and implementing standard operating procedures across the branch.Qualifications Strong leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance management, and staff development.Experience in retail or pharmacy operations, with proven ability to manage daily workflows, customer service, and store standards.Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in scheduling, inventory control, and documentation.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging customers, guiding team members, and collaborating with management.Basic financial and administrative skills, including cash handling, reporting, and understanding of sales targets and KPIs.Knowledge of pharmacy or healthcare industry practices and regulatory requirements is highly beneficial.Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard office software; ability to learn internal systems quickly.Ability to work on-site full time in Qesm 1st Nasser City, including flexible hours as needed for branch operations.Relevant diploma or degree in pharmacy, business, or a related field is preferred; prior branch or store management experience is an advantage.
