Team members join a mission-driven organization committed to helping learners thrive in a global job market.Role Description The Branch Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ismailia, responsible for the smooth daily operation of the branch. This role oversees branch staff, coordinates schedules, and ensures that classes and services run according to academic and operational standards. The Branch Supervisor monitors learner satisfaction, responds to inquiries and concerns, and maintains clear communication with instructors, learners, and the central management team. Daily tasks include tracking enrollment and attendance, supporting local marketing and outreach activities, and ensuring proper implementation of AEA policies and procedures. The role also involves preparing regular performance reports, managing basic budgeting and resource allocation, and contributing ideas to improve branch performance and learner experience.QualificationsExperience in team supervision or branch/center coordination, with the ability to organize work, delegate tasks, and support staff performance.Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with learners and colleagues.Basic operational and administrative skills, such as managing schedules, monitoring attendance, and preparing simple reports and documentation.Comfort with technology and learning platforms, including proficiency in standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and willingness to learn internal systems.Background in education, retail, training, or language centers is highly desirable; prior experience in a similar supervisory role is a strong advantage.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Education, Languages, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.Solid English language proficiency and the ability to communicate clearly in both written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a learner-centered approach.
