Position SummaryThe Brand Development Manager will be responsible for driving RAF's growth through strategic marketing, brand development, innovation, market research, and business development initiatives. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, developing creative campaigns, building partnerships, enhancing the customer experience, and contributing to the brand's long-term growth and positioning.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Brand DevelopmentDevelop RAF's annual and seasonal marketing strategies and campaign concepts.Create innovative marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.Build campaign briefs, promotional concepts, and customer acquisition strategies.Develop and refine RAF's brand positioning and customer experience strategy.Identify opportunities to enhance customer loyalty and increase customer lifetime value.Collaborate with designers, agencies, photographers, and content creators to transform ideas into impactful campaigns.Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to keep RAF relevant and differentiated.Business Development & GrowthIdentify and evaluate opportunities for business growth, expansion, and new revenue streams.Research and propose strategic partnerships, collaborations, and corporate opportunities.Develop business cases and growth proposals for new initiatives.Support branch expansion planning through market and location analysis.Explore opportunities for catering, corporate sales, events, and community partnerships.Build relationships with key partners and stakeholders that can contribute to RAF's growth.Innovation & ResearchResearch local and international trends in specialty coffee, food, hospitality, and lifestyle industries.Generate new product, service, campaign, and customer experience concepts.Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify market gaps and opportunities.Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.Present recommendations and proposals to management based on research findings.Performance & InsightsEstablish KPIs and success metrics for campaigns and growth initiatives.Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and business results.Prepare monthly reports highlighting opportunities, challenges, and recommendations.Track the effectiveness of partnerships, activations, and new initiatives.Candidate ProfileWe are looking for someone who:Thinks like an entrepreneur and problem solver.Is highly creative yet commercially minded.Can turn ideas into actionable business opportunities.Has strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.Is passionate about hospitality, coffee, retail, and lifestyle brands.Is confident in presenting ideas and influencing decisions.Is proactive and comfortable working directly with founders and leadership. Preferably in the F&B businessQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.10 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Development, or Growth roles.Strong presentation, communication, and project management skills.Experience developing marketing strategies and growth initiatives.Strong research and analytical capabilities.Fluent in Arabic and English.
