About RAF Specialty CoffeeRAF Specialty Coffee is seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead procurement planning, supplier management, inventory availability, and sourcing strategies across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted operations by maintaining optimal inventory levels, improving supplier performance, reducing procurement risks, and driving cost efficiencies.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Planning & Inventory Management* Develop and execute procurement plans based on inventory levels, consumption trends, and operational requirements.* Ensure the availability of critical products and raw materials while maintaining healthy inventory levels.* Monitor stock movement and identify risks related to shortages, overstocking, and supply disruptions.* Coordinate procurement priorities to support business operations and growth plans.Supplier Management & Strategic Sourcing* Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.* Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, reliability, responsiveness, and commercial terms.* Identify, assess, and qualify new suppliers to diversify sourcing channels and reduce supply risks.* Develop contingency sourcing plans for critical materials and operational requirements.Cost Optimization & Commercial Negotiation* Monitor market trends, supplier pricing, and sourcing opportunities.* Lead negotiations to improve pricing, payment terms, delivery conditions, and service quality.* Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and operational requirements.* Provide recommendations on supplier selection and procurement strategies.Procurement Operations & Compliance* Oversee the procurement cycle from purchase requisition to purchase order issuance.* Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval workflows, and documentation requirements.* Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing reports.* Develop and continuously improve procurement procedures and operating standards.Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration* Lead and develop the procurement team to ensure operational excellence.* Collaborate closely with Operations, Warehousing, Finance, Cost Control, and Branch Management teams.* Support business continuity through proactive planning and effective supplier coordination.* Prepare regular reports and insights on procurement performance, supplier status, inventory risks, and cost optimization initiatives.Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.* 7+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Inventory Planning roles.* Experience within Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Retail, Manufacturing, or Multi-Branch Operations is highly preferred.* Proven experience in supplier management, procurement planning, sourcing, and commercial negotiations.* Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage inventory, demand planning, and procurement data.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.* Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement software, and Microsoft Excel.What We're Looking For* Strategic and commercially minded.* Strong planning and organizational capabilities.* Results-oriented with a focus on operational continuity.* Skilled negotiator and relationship builder.* Able to balance cost optimization with service quality and business needs.If you are passionate about procurement excellence, supplier partnerships, and operational planning, we would love to hear from you.
