Every day is an opportunity to create a moment of joy at La Poire.Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for an Brand Manager located in El Maadi.Ensures delivery of the products/ services/ packaging in agreed upon timelineCreates timelines and manages NPD meetings with various stakeholders to ensure timely deliveryManages agencies and internal stakeholders for timely and quality delivery of all marketing campaigns and activities ensuring flawless execution (A-Z responsibility)Monthly monitoring of Marketing BudgetMonitoring and analyzing performance, reviews and sales while providing recommendations on how to improveTracks and Monitors Competition on a monthly basis (pricing – activities- launches)Conducts Monthly Market Visits for Café branches as well as competition and reports findings and recommendationsConducts internal researches to understand Gen Z and Young Gen Y consumer targets, their aspirations, needs and behaviorsAttends monthly and Quarterly PhotoshootsPerforms other duties as requested Qualifications• 3-5 years' Experience• BA in Marketing and/ or Communication, preferably AUC or GUC Graduate• Experience in FMCG and Café Business• Experience in Managing ATL, BTL & Digital Media Campaigns (BTL & Digital is a must)• Experience in managing photoshoots (still & videos)• Digital Savviness & updated with digital trends• Strategic Thinking & ability to think ahead• Analytical skills• Multi-tasking• Discipline, planning and organization skills• Time Management
