Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Role OverviewWe're looking for a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team!Core ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.Act as SPOC between developers, product owners, and testers.Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.Support process implementation and optimization.Maintain structured documentation (requirements, processes, user guides).Work with Jira for backlog management and sprint tracking.Qualifications & RequirementsFluency in German and English.2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.Strong skills in requirements engineering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication.Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows.Hands-on experience with Jira.Ability to translate business needs into technical concepts and vice versa.Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.Nice to HaveTechnical background (Computer Science, Engineering, or related).Experience working closely with development and QA teams.Knowledge of additional tools (e.g., Confluence, BPMN tools).Experience with documentation standards and process frameworks.Familiarity with integration projects or product-driven environments.Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
