Business Analyst – Technology Consulting – Senior Consultant

Role Summary We are hiring a motivated Business Analyst to join our consulting team, supporting client engagements with a strong focus on technology-driven transformation projects. The role involves working closely with clients to understand business needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements for technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and client discussions.Translate business requirements into clear documentation such as BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.Work closely with technology teams (developers, architects, QA) to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews.Conduct data analysis and prepare insights, dashboards, and client presentations.Evaluate current business processes and recommend technology-enabled improvements.Support UAT, solution validation, and implementation activities.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.3–5 years of experience in business analysis within consulting, IT services, or software development environments.Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and analytical techniques.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in technology consulting or digital transformation projects.Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications.
