The Business Operations Coordinator supports business operations, governance, and the execution of organizational priorities by ensuring effective coordination across departments, monitoring strategic initiatives, and enabling timely executive decision-making through accurate reporting, action tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.Coordinate executive, management, and cross-functional meetings, including meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up.Coordinate and monitor cross-functional strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Track decisions, commitments, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.Maintain centralized action trackers, governance documentation, and business records.Prepare executive reports, dashboards, presentations, and status updates for Senior Management.Coordinate Steering Committee meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning activities.Monitor organizational priorities, identify risks, and escalate issues when required.Collaborate with all business functions to ensure effective communication and execution.Support KPI management, business planning, operational reporting, and performance monitoring.Identify opportunities to improve processes through standardization, automation, and AI-enabled tools.Perform additional business coordination activities as assigned by Senior Management.Professional Conduct & ConfidentialityMaintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive business information.Demonstrate integrity, accountability, ownership, and sound judgment.Build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and information security requirements.Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.Maintain the highest standards of ethics, integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all business interactions Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.3 to 5 years of experience in Business Coordination, PMO, Executive Support, or Business Operations.Strong business acumen and executive communication skills.Experience within a software development or technology environment is an advantage.Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.Experience preparing executive reports, dashboards, and presentations.Knowledge of Power BI and AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) is an advantage.Professional SkillsExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
