By empowering the next generation of innovators, Codinger is committed to fostering inclusivity and helping bridge the digital divide across the region.Role Description The Business Developer & B2B Sales role is a full-time hybrid position based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the team member identifies and develops new business opportunities with schools, NGOs, corporate partners, and other educational institutions across Egypt and the MENA region. Daily tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations and product demos, preparing proposals, and managing the full sales cycle from outreach to contract closure. The role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, negotiating partnership terms, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with market needs. The team member also analyzes market trends, tracks sales performance, and contributes to strategic plans to expand Codinger’s reach and impact.QualificationsStrong business development and B2B sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and consultative selling.Experience in partnership building and account management, with the ability to maintain and grow relationships with institutional clients.Knowledge of the education sector, edtech, or training services, ideally within Egypt or the MENA region.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.Comfort with using CRM tools, productivity software, and online meeting platforms to support sales and reporting activities.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify market opportunities, and propose practical solutions.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Demonstrated interest in education, digital skills, and social impact, especially in underserved communities.
