You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, close business deals, and maintain an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.Key Responsibilities• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities• Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders• Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities• Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects• Develop and execute strategic sales and partnership plans• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements• Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and prepare regular reports• Manage all company projects within the business development scopeRequired Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field• 2-4 years of proven experience in business development or sales• Strong understanding of market dynamics and business ecosystems• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills• Ability to build long-term client relationships• 3+ years of sales or account management experience• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field• Existing network in the relevant industry ecosystem• Experience with CRM tools and sales software
