Location: Cairo, Egypt Department: Business Development Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Renewable Energy (Solar)ONA Solar is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Engineer to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and driving sales growth for Solar EPC and renewable energy projects.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the solar energy market.Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.Develop and maintain relationships with industrial, commercial, and governmental clients.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering.Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales of Solar EPC Projects.Strong understanding of solar PV systems and renewable energy solutions.Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong client relationship management skills.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.Working ConditionsWorking Days: Sunday to Thursday.Field-based role involving client meetings and site visits.
