ONA Solar has successfully contributed to large-scale solar projects across Egypt, building a strong portfolio and positioning itself as a trusted partner in the renewable energy sector.🔹Job Summary:ONA Solar is seeking an experienced and results-driven Solar Site Manager to oversee the execution of solar energy projects on-site.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily site operations, leading technical teams, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within scope.🔹 Job Responsibilities:Lead and manage all on-site activities for solar projects, including construction, installation, and commissioning of PV systems and solar power plants. Supervise and guide site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and high performance. Ensure full compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, control timelines, and report on-site performance to senior management. Oversee quality control processes and conduct regular inspections and audits. Identify risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and ensure minimal project delays. Manage site resources, materials, and logistics efficiently. 🔹 Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Renewable Energy Engineering. Minimum 5+ years of experience in the solar industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong experience in large-scale solar projects is a must. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Strong knowledge of HSE standards and construction regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams on-site. Willingness to travel and work across different project locations. Good command of English.
