Drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting garment manufacturers into clients through strategic lead generation, solution selling, and deal closure for digital manufacturing solutions such as MES, QMS, MMS and WMS.Responsibilities:Identify and generate new leads within garment, apparel, and other sorts of discrete manufacturing sectorsDevelop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand market presencePresent smart manufacturing and digital solutions aligned with client operational needsBuild and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholdersManage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, proposal, negotiation, and deal closureActivate deals by coordinating internal teams for onboarding and implementationTrack pipeline, sales performance, and client acquisition targetsConduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunitiesAchieve defined monthly and quarterly sales and client acquisition goalsStrategic Goals Think strategically to penetrate new accounts Prioritize high-value prospects with scalable potentialConvert opportunities into long-term partnerships, not just one-time salesContinuously improve conversion rates and deal activation efficiencyRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in technology or garment manufacturing.Strong B2B sales and business development mindsetStrategic thinking and solution-based sellingExcellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skillsAbility to understand manufacturing operations and digital solutionsResults-driven with strong pipeline and target management skillsBenefitsSocial insuranceMedical insuranceTransportation allowanceEducation allowance
