🚀 We’re Hiring – Business DeveloperArt Vision is looking for a Business Developer who can create opportunities, build relationships, and drive growth — not just send cold messages.This role is for someone who understands how to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term partnerships in a competitive market.Key Responsibilities:• Identify and approach potential clients and business opportunities• Build strong pipelines through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals• Lead meetings, pitches, and negotiations professionally• Convert leads into signed deals and long-term partnerships• Work closely with management on revenue growth strategy• Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management• Track pipeline performance and improve conversion rates• Represent Art Vision professionally in meetings and eventsRequirements:• 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Partnerships• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills• Proven track record in generating leads and winning business• Confidence in client-facing meetings and presentations• Organized, target-driven, and proactive mindset• Experience in agencies, media, or marketing is a strong plus• Good English (spoken & written)We are NOT looking for:• People who only send messages without closing ability• Weak communicators• Passive candidates waiting for leads• Unorganized profiles with no follow-up discipline• Candidates who fear sales targets or ownership📍 New Cairo🕘 Full-Time📩 hello@art-vision.net
