This role focuses on guiding prospective clients through property options, conducting needs assessments, and presenting suitable residential and commercial offerings backed by market data and internal analytics. The Sales Specialist will handle inbound and outbound leads, schedule and conduct property viewings, prepare proposals, and follow up to close deals while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. Daily tasks include delivering high-quality customer service, collaborating with colleagues and management on sales strategies, and staying current with market trends, developer offerings, and pricing updates.
