Position Overview We are seeking a highly driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth, client acquisition, and strategic relationship development across the region.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing high-value projects, managing key client relationships, and ensuring long-term account growth and retention. This role requires a strong balance between commercial performance, relationship management, strategic thinking, and operational coordination.  The successful candidate must be capable of building trust with clients, understanding business objectives, and positioning Expo Studios as a long-term strategic partner rather than a one-time service provider. Business Development & Revenue Growth - Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, government, agency, and private sectors. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and strategic prospects. - Conduct meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations with decision-makers. - Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers aligned with company standards. - Achieve assigned annual revenue targets and KPI objectives. - Represent Expo Studio at networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and industry gatherings. Client Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the full project lifecycle. - Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and strategic partnerships. - Maintain regular communication with clients to understand future opportunities and evolving requirements. - Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and proactive issue resolution. - Coordinate internally with production, creative, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution. Commercial Performance & Account Growth  - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and solutions. - Maintain healthy project profitability while achieving revenue targets. - Support pricing strategy while adhering to company profitability standards and discount policies. - Monitor project status, payment collections, and account health. - Maintain accurate CRM records, reports, forecasts, and sales activities.  5–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management Previous experience in Events, Exhibitions, Experiential Marketing, or Creative Agencies is highly preferred Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving revenue targets Experience managing corporate clients and strategic accounts Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills Gulf market experience is a strong advantage Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently Familiarity with CRM systems, AI tools, and modern lead generation methods is a plus Professional and client-facing profile Fluent English & Arabic languages is a must.
