Job DescriptionSenior Copywriter & Social Media SpecialistWe’re looking for a Senior Copywriter & Social Media Specialist to take full ownership of our content presence across platforms and digital touchpoints. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from ideation to publishing to performance analysis.You will be responsible for shaping how the brand communicates, grows, and converts its audience.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute monthly content strategies aligned with business and growth goalsTranslate high-level ideas into structured content calendars and campaignsIdentify content opportunities across social media and websiteCopywriting & Content CreationWrite high-quality bilingual (Arabic & English) content across formats:Social media posts and captionsCarousels and short-form video scriptsWebsite content (landing pages, service pages, blog articles)Case studies, proposals, and marketing materialsAdapt tone and messaging depending on platform, funnel stage, and audienceWebsite & Conversion CopyWrite and optimize website content with a focus on clarity, structure, and conversionCollaborate on landing pages and key user journeys (CTAs, messaging hierarchy, value propositions)Ensure consistency between website messaging and social media communicationSocial Media ManagementManage and grow accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok/YouTubeEnsure content is platform-native (not duplicated blindly across channels)Maintain consistency in brand voice and publishing cadenceExecution & ProductionCollaborate with designers when needed, but also independently produce simple assets using tools like Canva/CapCutTake content from idea → draft → publish without bottlenecksPerformance Tracking & OptimizationMonitor content and website performance using platform insights and basic analyticsProduce weekly reports with clear takeaways (what worked, what didn’t, what to change)Continuously iterate on both social and website content based on dataCollaboration & CommunicationWork closely with founders, marketing, and product teams to align messagingContribute ideas proactively, not just execute briefsWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent growth in engagement, reach, and audience qualityImproved website clarity and conversion performanceStrong, recognizable, and consistent brand voice across all touchpointsAbility to independently run content across social and web with minimal supervisionThis role is for someone who understands that content is not just about writing, it’s about driving results across the entire funnel. RequirementsExperience Minimum 3 years in copywriting, content creation, and social media management, with proven ownership of content strategy and execution. A portfolio is mandatory and must demonstrate measurable impact (engagement, growth, conversions).Languages Native-level Arabic and fluent English are both required. You must be able to write professionally and efficiently in both languages. Bilingual writing quality will be tested during the hiring process.Writing Skills Exceptional command of written Arabic and English across multiple tones and formats:- Formal (case studies, proposals)- Conversational (social captions, short-form content)- Authoritative (thought leadership, long-form content)Weak writing = immediate rejection, regardless of other qualifications.Social Media Expertise Hands-on experience managing and growing accounts on:- LinkedIn- meta platforms- At least one of TikTok or YouTubeYou should understand platform-native behavior, content formats, and algorithm dynamics, and adapt content strategy accordingly—not just repost across channels.Content Strategy Ability to plan and execute content calendars aligned with business goals.
