We advise high-net-worth individuals and families seeking strategic mobility, second citizenship, residency, asset protection and long-term security across multiple jurisdictions.We are expanding our international business development capability and are looking for commercially strong Egypt-based sales professionals with proven high-ticket sales experience, international real estate, luxury property investment or investment-linked advisory sales.Role OverviewThis is a revenue-owning sales role for a candidate who can originate, advise and convert high-net-worth clients.The role is two-directional: inbound international clients considering Egypt for citizenship or residency-linked investment, and outbound Egyptian or Egypt-based HNWI clients considering international residence and citizenship options, including Europe, the Caribbean, Dubai and other suitable jurisdictions.Direct residence or citizenship-by-investment experience is preferred but not required. Candidates without direct RCBI experience will receive structured training and will be assessed before taking full client-facing responsibility.The right candidate must already understand high-ticket investor sales. Bridgegold will train and test the candidate on residence and citizenship-by-investment programmes, client advisory standards, compliance expectations, sales process and programme suitability.For the right person, this is not a junior sales seat. It is intended to become Bridgegold’s local commercial control point for Turkey.Core ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & SalesOriginate and develop relationships with HNWI clients, foreign investors, introducers and professional referral partners.Convert qualified prospects into signed mandates.Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close.Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline of active prospects.Follow up consistently and professionally over long sales cycles.Provide structured reporting on pipeline, lead sources, objections, conversion and market feedback.Client AdvisoryUnderstand client objectives around citizenship, residency, mobility, family security, relocation, education and investment.Learn and advise across Caribbean citizenship and European residency programmes after training and testing.Present suitable options clearly, accurately and professionally.Maintain a discreet, trust-based advisory style suitable for HNWI clients.Market DevelopmentProvide feedback on local client behaviour, pricing sensitivity, objections and competitor positioning.Build relationships with introducers, brokers, lawyers, wealth contacts, developers and other relevant referral sources.Help Bridgegold understand which markets, channels and messages convert best.Systems & StandardsMaintain accurate CRM records and deal-stage tracking.Document client interactions clearly.Coordinate cleanly with operations, compliance and legal partners after mandate signature.Operate within Bridgegold’s AML/KYC, confidentiality and compliance standards.Candidate RequirementsMandatoryEgyptian national or deeply Egypt-market-native profile, with strong access to the Cairo/Egypitan client environment.Minimum 5 years high-ticket sales experience.Proven track record selling products or services with a typical value of €250k+ / USD250k+.Strong experience in at least one of the following:international real estate sales;luxury property investment;Egyptian Citizenship investment;Investment-linked advisory sales to foreign clients.Demonstrated ability to close serious clients, not only generate interest.Strong exposure to foreign investors, HNWI, business owners or affluent families.Strong spoken and written English.Professional presentation, discretion and trust-building ability.Comfortable being trained, tested and held accountable before full client-facing responsibility.CRM discipline or willingness to work in a structured reporting system.Stable employment history.Major PlusExisting GCC, Arab investor or Middle Eastern client exposure.Prior exposure to citizenship/residency-by-investment.Existing introducer relationships with developers, brokers, lawyers, bankers or investor networks.Experience selling to Arab, Russian, Iranian, African or other international investor segments.Experience with events, referrals, social selling or investor roadshows.This role is unlikely to suit candidates who are:Freelancers seeking side activity.Founders looking for partnership-only arrangements.Candidates with repeated job tenure below one year.Candidates with no proven high-ticket sales record.Candidates with only rental brokerage or low-value domestic real estate exposure.Candidates unable to communicate professionally in English.Candidates who cannot explain their numbers: deal values, sales volume, client source, conversion and sales cycle.This Role SuitsA disciplined high-ticket salesperson who already understands how to sell trust, investment value and long-term family benefit to foreign investors — and who wants to move into international residence and citizenship advisory.The right candidate does not need to know every programme on day one.
