The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving the expansion of our franchise network across Upper Egypt. The primary objective is to identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with established radiology centers willing to transition into the franchise model.Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive research to identify high-potential radiology centers and polyclinics in key Upper Egypt governorates (e.g., Assiut, Sohag, Minya, Luxor, and Aswan). Proactively reach out to center owners and medical directors to introduce the TS partnership value proposition.Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and site visits and contract signing.Act as the primary point of contact for prospective franchisees, addressing technical, operational, and financial inquiries.Assess the operational readiness and geographic suitability of potential partner centers to ensure they meet TS standards.Provide regular updates on the expansion pipeline. Minimum of 3-5 years in business development or sales, ideally within the healthcare or diagnostic sector. Strong familiarity with the healthcare landscape and business culture in Upper Egypt is essential.Proven ability to negotiate with senior stakeholders, physicians, and business owners.Ability to analyze local market needs and position the franchise model as a solution for center growth.High flexibility for frequent travel across Upper Egypt governorates.
