Provide first-line technical support to end users (onsite and remote).Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and network devices.Support and maintain Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), and other medical software.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions.Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades and maintenance.Perform regular system backups and monitor IT infrastructure performance.Document technical procedures and support activities. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.1–3 years of experience in IT support.Experience in healthcare, hospitals, diagnostic centers, or medical labs is preferred.Knowledge of medical systems (HIS, RIS, LIS, PACS) is a strong advantage.Familiarity with networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, routers, switches).Good understanding of cyber-security best practices.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills.
