Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and record daily inventory movements (receipts, transfers, and dispatches).- Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile cycle counts with the ERP system.- Analyze and report inventory variances, waste, or discrepancies.Calculate and monitor the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and inventory valuation.- Coordinate closely with the warehouse management and purchasing teams.- Prepare monthly inventory reports for the finance management. Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in an accounting role, specifically with a focus on inventory, is requiredStrong foundational knowledge in Accounting principles and practices.Solid understanding of Finance concepts within a business context.Demonstrated proficiency in Inventory Management and control.Experience with Logistics and Supply Chain Management processes.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.Familiarity with ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is highly desirable.Proven ability to identify and resolve complex Problem-solving scenarios.Strong verbal and written Communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.A true Teamwork player with a proactive and responsible attitude.
