Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Representative, located in Qesm El Maadi with opportunities for remote work. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with potential partners and clients, generating and qualifying leads, managing outreach activities, and identifying strategic business opportunities. The role involves active communication with clients, understanding their needs, and aligning them with FlairsTech's solutions. This position plays a key role in driving revenue growth and supporting the sales team with effective business development strategies. QualificationsSolid experience in Inside Sales and proficient Lead Generation techniquesStrong Communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationshipsSales expertise with exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilitiesProven experience in Business Development and identifying market opportunitiesFluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plusExcellent organizational and time management skillsUnderstanding of the technology industry and Managed Services is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
