We help engineering and construction businesses improve operational efficiency and accelerate digital transformation through innovative BIM and engineering solutions.Work ConditionsFull-TimeSunday to ThursdayWorking Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMRemote work modelJob PurposeWe are looking for a highly motivated Business Development & Sales Manager to drive growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with fire protection contractors, engineering firms, BIM consultants, and construction companiesThe role focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and promoting MicroBIM Fire software solutions in local and international marketsRole OverviewThe Business Development & Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle for MicroBIM's services and solutionsThis role requires a combination of business development, consultative sales, relationship management, and technical understanding of BIM and engineering-related solutionsThe ideal candidate should be capable of building long-term client relationships, positioning technical solutions effectively, and contributing directly to the company's commercial growth strategyKey Responsibilities:Business Development & Market ExpansionIdentify and develop new business opportunities within BIM, construction technology, MEP, and fire protection sectorsBuild strategic partnerships with engineering firms, consultants, contractors, and technical stakeholdersExpand company market reach and support commercial growth initiativesResearch market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunitiesSales Management & Commercial GrowthLead the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closureBuild and maintain a healthy sales pipelineConduct online and onsite meetings, presentations, and software demonstrationsPrepare commercial proposals and negotiate with prospective clientsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsConsultative & Technical SellingUnderstand client operational challenges and position suitable BIM and digital solutionsPresent technical software solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersCollaborate with internal technical teams to align solutions with client requirementsClient Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and stakeholdersEnsure professional follow-up and continuous client engagementIdentify account growth and upselling opportunitiesReporting & Commercial OperationsMaintain accurate CRM updates and sales trackingPrepare sales forecasts and business development reportsMonitor pipeline progress and conversion performance RequirementsMinimum 7 years of experience in Business Development and/or SalesPrevious experience in SaaS, BIM, construction technology, engineering software, or related industries is highly preferredExperience in consultative or solution-based B2B salesExperience handling medium-to-long sales cycles and enterprise/professional clientsTechnical & Industry KnowledgeUnderstanding of BIM workflows, construction technology, MEP, or fire protection industries is a strong plusExperience with Autodesk Revit or BIM-related tools is preferredStrong CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrong consultative selling mindsetStrategic thinking with strong commercial awarenessRelationship-building and stakeholder management skillsHigh ownership and accountabilityFluent Arabic & English (Written & Spoken)BenefitsCompetitive Salary PackageSocial Insurance Medical InsuranceFlexible Remote Work EnvironmentOpportunity to contribute to a fast-growing and innovative company
