Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads through multiple channels, and engaging prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, networking events, and LinkedIn outreach.The role involves presenting Clybrid's software development services, ERP solutions, mobile applications, web platforms, and business automation systems, understanding client requirements, and collaborating with technical and project teams to prepare tailored proposals and solutions.The specialist will maintain accurate records within CRM systems, prepare regular sales and pipeline reports, support contract negotiations, and build long-term relationships with clients to drive customer retention and business growth.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, assess sales performance, and support data-driven decisions.Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written skills for client interactions, presentations, and internal collaboration.Proven experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and building a sustainable sales pipeline.Market Research skills to identify target segments, understand competitive landscapes, and uncover new business opportunities.Customer Service orientation to manage client inquiries, support smooth onboarding, and maintain long-term relationships.Prior experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within SaaS or ERP solutions.Comfort working with CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
