We work primarily with manufacturing, construction, logistics, and trade-based businesses, helping them replace manual processes with scalable systems that drive efficiency and real financial impact.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Development Specialist who excels at building relationships, representing the company in networking meetings, managing external sales channels, and driving new partnership opportunities. This role is focused on outbound relationship building, lead generation through networking, managing inbound and outbound sales channels, and identifying new growth opportunities.You will be the front line of Revi in conversations with business owners, advisors, referral partners, and strategic partners. A key part of this role will be building long-term partnerships that create consistent opportunities for the company.Key Responsibilities* Attend networking events, virtual meetings, and partner introductions* Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, referral partners, and strategic partners* Identify qualified opportunities and introduce Revi’s services clearly and confidently* Manage external sales channels, including LinkedIn outreach, website leads, inbound inquiries, and follow-up workflows* Support the management of newsletters, marketing materials, and business development campaigns* Develop and maintain partnership opportunities with advisors, agencies, consultants, and other strategic referral sources* Follow up on leads and manage conversations through the sales pipeline* Collaborate with internal teams to align opportunities with client needs* Maintain accurate notes, lead updates, and pipeline activity in CRM tools* Track business development activity, partnership progress, and performance against key KPIsRequirements:* High-level English is mandatory, both spoken and written. C1 English preferred* 1-3 Years of relevant experince.* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills* Experience working with the US market* Strong soft skills with the ability to build trust quickly* Confidence speaking with business owners and senior decision makers* Ability to manage multiple sales channels and follow-up processes* Strong interest in building partnerships and long-term business relationships* Organized, reliable, and comfortable working remotely* Experience with CRM tools is a plus* Experience with LinkedIn outreach, newsletters, or marketing materials is a plusCompensation:* Competitive base compensation* Commission and performance-based incentives available in USD* KPI-based incentives tied to lead generation, pipeline activity, booked meetings, and qualified opportunities* Bonuses available for successful partnership development and landed partnership deals* Additional performance bonuses may be available based on closed business and strategic growth outcomes
