The role focuses on redesigning and digitising end-to-end business processes, improving efficiency, governance, and transparency, acting as a bridge between business units, IT teams, and transformation programsJob Description and Responsibilities:Lead AS-IS process discovery through workshops and stakeholder interviews; design TO-BE architectures using Lean, BPR, and continuous improvement frameworksDrive digital-first process design across BPMS, ERP, RPA, workflow automation, and low-code platformsEstablish process ownership structures, RACI models, and governance frameworksDefine and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and OLAs; enable real-time dashboards and performance monitoringSupport process mining, analytics, and benefits realisation trackingDevelop SOPs, user manuals, and training materials; support change adoption from legacy to digital systemsCollaborate with IT, automation vendors, and business units on cross-functional transformation initiativesAdded Advantage Experience in process redesign or operational excellence within Outside Plant (OSP) fibre or fiber rollout programs will be a strong differentiator.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field4–6 years in business excellence, BPM, or digital transformation rolesProven experience in BPMN 2.0 process modelling and improvement initiativesHands-on with BPMS, ERP, RPA, or workflow automation platformsCBPP certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferredStrong stakeholder engagement and change management skills📝 To ensure faster processing of your application, please make sure to fill in the following details in the company portal.Current location and availability, Notice period / earliest joining date/ Nationality /Current/Expected salary (USD)
