The Job Title role is responsible for supporting daily travel operations, including coordinating reservations, issuing bookings, and assisting clients with itinerary planning and travel inquiries. The role involves communicating with customers and partners by phone, email, and in person to confirm services, resolve issues, and ensure smooth trip execution. The Job Title will collaborate with internal teams such as operations, transportation, and customer service to manage schedules, update records, and handle last-minute changes. The role also includes maintaining accurate documentation, following company procedures, and contributing to a positive, service-focused work environment.QualificationsStrong customer service, client communication, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.Organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities to coordinate bookings, manage schedules, and handle multiple requests efficiently.Problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills to verify information, prevent errors, and respond effectively to unexpected changes in travel plans.Comfort with basic office software and reservation or booking systems, along with the ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic and additional languages is an advantage.Previous experience in travel, hospitality, transportation, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, including occasional peak-period or shift flexibility as needed.Relevant education in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is beneficial, or equivalent practical experience.
