 Respond to patient inquiries professionally via phone and provide accurate information. Schedule appointments for patients with physicians and coordinate alternative appointments in  case of cancellations. Complete and process required documentation for corporate/insurance patients and ensure  proper authorization and validation. Operate the electronic patient queuing system to organize and manage patient flow. Enter and update patient data accurately in the system after clinic hours. Assist and guide patients through hospital procedures to ensure a seamless experience. Handle clinic bookings efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient service.   Holds a Bachelor's Degree. From 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant role preferred in the hospitals or healthcare  industry. Excellent in utilizing MS Office Programs. Excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills
