Core Responsibilities:Operational & Functional ExcellenceProvide internal strategic directions to all areas of the hospital so that functional strategic objectives integrate to support the achievement of the group’s vision and strategic objectives.Responsible for achieving the P&L of the hospital annually.Plan for the Hospital TBH with the hospital management according to the expansions.Revise the Hospital budget vs staff cost and take decisions accordingly in tough situations.Provide oversight of day-to-day operations, the distribution of work among Department Heads, relationships with clients, relationships with consultants, securing new business and all other related aspects of the day to day operation of the hospital.Ensure clear and accurate posting of the hospital's services and hours of operation to the community.Provide oversight of human, financial, and physical resources.People & CollaborationResponsible for the People Management, Annual evaluation of the performance of the hospital's committees also the developmental and training programs, implementation of the work regulations and other labor related matters in line with the CHG policies and in conjunction with the CHRO.Annual evaluation of the performance of the hospital's committees.Any responsibilities, as required by the Group CEO which may or may not have direct relevance to the abovementioned duties.Customer, Patient & Stakeholder FocusEstablish a customer care strategy that includes regular objective analysis of patient satisfaction levels.Participate in discussions and assist in the development of the National-wide Healthcare Strategy, prioritizing the profitable growth of the company.Represent the Hospital in all transactions and external relationships including, but not limited to, governmental relationships.Compliance, Safety & Continuous ImprovementEnsure that policies and procedures are developed, implemented by leaders, and approved by the governing body.Ensure appropriate response to reports from any inspecting or regulatory agencies, including accreditation.Ensure that there is a functional, organization-wide program for performance improvement, patient safety, and risk management with appropriate resources.Sign on behalf of the Hospital all documents in accordance with the Matrix of Authority approved by the Board.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in medicine.20+ years’ experience in medical management, at least 5 years at the same role.Comprehensive knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare delivery systems, and clinical and non-clinical workflows.Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.Knowledge of patient safety, quality improvement, and risk management principles.Awareness of healthcare market dynamics, payer systems, and healthcare economics.Ability to manage change and lead organizational transformation initiatives.Ability to manage multiple priorities and make critical decisions under pressure.Ability to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and governance standards.
