Role Description This on-site role, based in Cairo, Egypt, is a contract position for a B1+ Call Center Specialist. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. You will also deliver high-quality customer service while adhering to operational standards and meeting performance metrics. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact CentersExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to address diverse customer needsProficiency in Computer Literacy, including the ability to use CRM platforms and other relevant toolsProactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindsetFluency in English at a B1+ level or higher requiredPrior experience in customer service roles is an advantage
