QualificationsStrong proficiency in French (spoken and written) and good command of English to manage interviews and documentation.Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering positions for customer service or similar roles.Ability to use recruitment tools and platforms (job boards, social media).Solid communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers.Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple vacancies, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and adherence to company policies, confidentiality, and fair hiring practices.Prior experience in recruitment within BPO/contact center or multinational environments is an advantage.Willingness to work on-site in New Cairo and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
