Cards Maintenance Operations Team Leader

Job Summary:Responsible for supervising daily card operations and ensuring efficient processing of card issuance, renewal, and related services in line with bank policies.Job Responsibilities:Ensure committing to the bank approved policies, procedures, and service standards (SLA). Monitor team performance and ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks. Support team development through guidance and training. Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience preferably in relatable field, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
