The digital bank aims to create innovative solutions tailored to serve the needs of the banking customers in Egypt.-Our main goal is to create a positive customer experience through the differentiated journey that our customers live while using the digital bank.-Our Drive: We use our drive and commitment to energies, engage and inspire others, upholding the highest standards of work ethic, honesty and morality.JOB PURPOSE • Managing cards’ products lifecycle starting from new product ideation till launch & portfolio management. • Collaborate with the product manager in the development of new products launch as well as existing products’ enhancements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. • Conduct product related research for new product trends, benefits. • Draft product/ feature requirements document, conduct user acceptance testing & obtaining needed approvals. • Assist in product profitability monitoring and come up with proposals for P&L enhancement. • Assist in proposing different portfolio management and acquisitions techniques in coordination with growth and base management teams. • Assist in managing the relationship with external stakeholders (payment schemes, external vendors,… etc)ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Draft required memo & business case to obtain needed approvals. • Assist product/ feature performance monitoring and follow-up on the financial KPIs as agreed in the business cases to ensure profitability and mitigate any potential risks/losses. • Assist in proposing internal enhancements to ensure bank maintains and develops its competitive edge. • Conduct regular market research and monitor the bank position within competitors & identify gaps in the market. • Monitor cards-related monthly expenses & identify any abnormal hikes in product P&L along with its justification & proper treatment. • Draft product-related briefs for marketing and communication activities/materials & positioning of products/ services internally and externally. • Ongoing enhancement for training material and any products updates to ensure frontliners are acquainted with all products details & updates. • Identify processes gaps, find solutions or workarounds, and propose for implementation.QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics or a related field. • 8+ years of related experience with specific exposure of different card products, business understanding, portfolio analysis & budgeting. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. • Excellent analytical skills are required to be able to track portfolio trends and identify weaknesses/opportunities. • Excellent command of MS office, PC skills and system/process understanding to enable the individual to be ‘hand-on’ when involved with new product development, process automations and MIS generation.
