Pinerium is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Zoho Project Coordinator Intern to support project coordination, delivery tracking, team collaboration, and operational activities across Zoho implementation and development projects.This internship is designed for candidates interested in project management, SaaS solutions, business operations, Agile methodologies, and digital transformation. The intern will work closely with Project Coordinators, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, and Implementation Teams to gain hands-on experience in project planning, task tracking, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and delivery support.The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting successful project execution in a fast-paced technology environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Delivery Support Assist in coordinating project activities and daily operational tasks. Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking activities. Help monitor project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. Assist in tracking project risks, issues, and dependencies. Support project status reporting and follow-up activities. Team Collaboration & Communication Assist in coordinating communication between project stakeholders and delivery teams. Support meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up activities. Participate in project meetings and document action items. Help ensure alignment between project objectives and ongoing activities. Support smooth communication across business and technical teams. Project Documentation & Reporting Maintain project records, documentation, and tracking sheets. Assist in preparing project reports, meeting minutes, and status updates. Help organize project artifacts and operational documentation. Support maintaining accurate project information within management tools. Ensure documentation quality and consistency. Process Monitoring & Operational Support Assist in monitoring project workflows and operational processes. Support resource coordination and task assignment follow-ups. Help identify bottlenecks and operational improvement opportunities. Assist in tracking project performance indicators and progress metrics. Support continuous improvement initiatives within project teams. Learning & Professional Development Participate in project management, Agile, and Zoho product training sessions. Learn project coordination methodologies, delivery processes, and stakeholder management practices. Stay updated with SaaS solutions, business applications, and digital transformation trends. Participate in Pinerium Academy learning programs. Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Strong interest in project coordination, business operations, SaaS solutions, and digital transformation. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Attention to detail and documentation discipline. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Basic understanding of project management, Agile methodologies, or business processes is preferred. Familiarity with Zoho applications, project management tools, or collaboration platforms is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop. Must be a non-smoker (all types).
