This is a remote role focused heavily on client communication and case coordination via phone. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at juggling multiple responsibilities.🕘 Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM Egypt time (to align with U.S. business hours)📞 Key Responsibilities: • Handle a high volume of client phone calls with professionalism and care • Conduct client intakes and open new case files • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and provide case updates • Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure timely case progress • Accurately enter and manage data across case management systems✅ Requirements: • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication • Strong computer skills and comfort using case management software, spreadsheets, and cloud tools • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, phone-heavy role • Professional and courteous phone etiquette • Prior experience in legal support or case management is a plus • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Dependable computer (laptop or desktop) with microphone and headset📍 Location: Must be based in Egypt and available to work during the specified hours
