You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.You'll play a key role in optimizing our operational schedules and ensuring seamless train services that positively impact passengers' daily lives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, such as the Control Centre, Passenger Services, and Maintenance teams, to evaluate and enhance operational plans, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of preparing detailed operating schedules and procedures, but also producing statistical analyses to improve service quality.We’ll look to you for:Reviewing ridership data to determine optimum operating plans and schedules.Preparing detailed operating schedules for normal operations and special events.Collaborating with the Control Centre and Passenger Service personnel to evaluate and modify schedules as needed.Preparing and updating operating procedures based on an in-depth understanding of the automatic train control (ATC) system.Coordinating updates and revisions to the Rule Book and Operations Manuals.Developing and implementing programs to measure key performance indicators such as on-time performance, schedule adherence, and service reliability.Analyzing passenger loading to determine optimal train headway scheduling, particularly during peak periods.Providing monthly reports on service operations, including analysis of anomalies and recommendations for improvement.Creating public notices for holiday and special service schedules.Analyzing operations reports and ATC system anomalies, and developing recommended action plans.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
