Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements to optimize executive time and productivity.Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings and board sessions.Oversee the daily operations of the CEO’s office, ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.Coordinate and follow up on action items and deliverables from executive meetings, ensuring deadlines are met.Support the CEO in strategic planning, project management, and implementation of key initiatives.Liaise with department heads and senior management to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.Organize and manage executive events, conferences, and special projects as required.Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement related to the CEO’s office. Minimum of 2 years of experience in executive office management, administration, or a related field.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.Experience coordinating meetings, travel, and executive schedules.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
