Key ResponsibilitiesManage and organize the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action items.Arrange complex travel itineraries and logistics.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Assist with special projects, research, and reporting.Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.Ensure smooth day-to-day executive office operations. Experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrative Assistant.Strong understanding of office management and administrative operations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.High level of professionalism and confidentiality.Experience supporting senior executives is an advantage
