Monitor the overall performance of the plant and identify any operational deviations, including leaks, reduced production, increased salinity, or any abnormal operating conditions, and immediately report them to the direct supervisor.Ensure that all measuring and monitoring instruments (e.g., Conductivity, pH, flow, pressure, etc.) are in good working condition and that all calibration and identification labels are up to date.Calculate and adjust chemical dosing rates in accordance with operational requirements.Perform all daily plant operation activities safely, accurately, and in compliance with operating procedures.Prepare Work Requests (WRs) and submit them to the direct supervisor.Prepare material requisitions and spare parts requests to ensure uninterrupted plant operation.Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of feed water and product water storage tanks.Supervise fuel truck unloading operations and verify quantities before signing delivery receipts.Monitor water levels in feed water and product water tanks and take appropriate action when required.Maintain the cleanliness and housekeeping of the entire plant, including operating units, offices, workshops, and warehouses.Assist the maintenance team in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Perform all required manual and operational tasks within the plant.Start up and shut down treatment units in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).Conduct Silt Density Index (SDI) tests and record the results.Recommend improvements to enhance plant performance, efficiency, and reliability.Ensure the safe storage and handling of chemicals in compliance with safety requirements.Calculate and monitor monthly chemical consumption.Replace RO membrane accessories and components, including O-rings, adapters, and inter-connectors, as required.Perform membrane flushing and plant commissioning using permeate water following maintenance activities.Monitor and record all operational parameters in the daily operation logbook every three (3) hours.Record electricity meter (kWh) readings, Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) readings, and all other required operational data.Complete, update, and maintain all operational records, logs, checklists, and documentation.Comply with all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) policies, procedures, and company standards.Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of the position. Education: Bachelor's degree in Science -Al-Azhar University | 2026.Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to one (1) year of relevant experience is preferred.Arabic Language: Ability to read and write in Arabic.English Language: Good command of English.Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.Driving License: Preferred to hold a valid driving license (car and/or motorcycle).
