About DAZUDAZU is building the region's first fully connected financial ecosystem for businesses and consumers.DAZU Business is our next-generation financial operating system for businesses, bringing together banking, payments, accounting, treasury, cash flow, approvals, and financial insights into a single platform.We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive – DAZU Business to help us partner with medium and large enterprises across Egypt and the wider region.This is an opportunity to join an ambitious, high-growth technology company and work with some of the region's most exciting organizations as they transform their financial operations.Role OverviewAs an Enterprise Account Executive – DAZU Business, you will be responsible for developing and closing strategic relationships with medium and large enterprises.You'll manage complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders—from initial discovery through demonstrations, commercial negotiations, procurement, legal review, and contract execution.This role requires a highly consultative approach and the ability to engage confidently with senior executives including CFOs, Finance Directors, CIOs, Treasury teams, and executive leadership. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and develop opportunities with medium and large enterprises.Build and manage a strategic enterprise sales pipeline.Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.Develop account plans for key target organizations.Enterprise SalesLead discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and business objectives.Deliver tailored demonstrations of the DAZU Business platform.Prepare commercial proposals and business cases.Manage complex negotiations involving procurement, finance, legal, and executive stakeholders.Successfully close enterprise software agreements.Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.Position DAZU as a trusted strategic partner for financial transformation.Collaborate with implementation and customer success teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer adoption.Market IntelligenceMonitor market trends, competitors, and emerging enterprise technology needs.Gather customer feedback to influence product strategy.Represent DAZU at executive events, conferences, and industry forums.RequirementsEssential5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, B2B SaaS, ERP, FinTech, or technology sales.Proven track record of successfully closing high-value enterprise deals.Experience managing long and complex sales cycles.Strong presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.Ability to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders.Experience using CRM systems and managing enterprise sales pipelines.Fluent in both English and Arabic.PreferredExperience selling ERP, Treasury, Banking, Financial Management, Payments, or Enterprise Software.Existing network within Egyptian or regional enterprises.Experience working with Finance, Treasury, IT, or Digital Transformation teams.Understanding of enterprise procurement and contract negotiations.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:Commercially driven with a proven ability to close strategic deals.Confident engaging with executive leadership teams.Passionate about technology and digital transformation.An excellent communicator and relationship builder.Highly organized and capable of managing multiple enterprise opportunities simultaneously.Excited to help build one of the region's leading FinTech companies.What We OfferCompetitive salary plus uncapped commission.Performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work with leading enterprises across Egypt and the region.Significant career growth within a rapidly scaling technology company.A collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment.The opportunity to help shape the future of enterprise financial technology through DAZU Business.
