Position Overview The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for leading the company's financial strategy, planning, and operations while supporting business growth and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will play a critical role in driving financial performance, ensuring governance and compliance, managing risks, and providing strategic guidance to the executive leadership team. Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Leadership Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives. Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Support business growth initiatives through financial planning and analysis. Drive profitability improvement and operational efficiency across the organization. Financial Management Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports. Establish and maintain strong financial controls and governance frameworks. Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators. Treasury & Cash Management Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and financing activities. Optimize liquidity and capital allocation. Monitor and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange and credit risks. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and accounting standards. Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies. Develop and maintain effective risk management and internal control systems. Operational & Business Partnering Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Commercial teams to improve business performance. Evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditure projects, and strategic initiatives. Support decision-making through financial modeling and business case analysis. Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance. Build organizational capabilities to support future growth. Candidate Profile Qualifications Egyptian national. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA and/or professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA is highly preferred. Experience Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience. At least 5 years in a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent senior leadership role. Strong experience within manufacturing, industrial, packaging, FMCG, or related sectors. Proven track record in financial planning, treasury, cost control, business partnering, and organizational transformation. Experience working within multinational or internationally affiliated organizations is an advantage.
