Role Description:The Senior Controller – Costing & Finance Business Partner CQA will play a key role in the coordination and consolidation of the global costing process, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all business units. This position also acts as a strategic business partner to the Corporate Quality Assurance function, providing financial insight and support to drive operational excellence and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Global Costing:• Lead the coordination and consolidation of global costing activities, partnering with local teams to ensure timely and accurate costing data.• Maintain and improve costing model in alignment with corporate objectives.• Analyze cost data and trends, delivering actionable insights to senior management.Business Partner Corporate Quality Assurance:• Collaborate closely with the Corporate Quality Assurance team, supporting financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.• Manage financial risks associated with CQA activities.Key Competencies:• Strong financial controlling and analytical skills.• In-depth knowledge of IFRS.• High attention to detail and data accuracy.• Business partnering and stakeholder management.• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.• Strong communication and influencing skills.• Process improvement mindset with digital affinity.Qualifications & Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in financial controlling, preferably in global operations or manufacturing environments.• Strong expertise in cost accounting, financial analysis, and consolidation processes.• Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams.• Exceptional communication, analytical, and presentation skills.• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
