Location: Jeddah, KSA Key Responsibilities:* Lead the company’s overall financial strategy and planning.* Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and financing arrangements.* Prepare and oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities.* Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for new business opportunities and investments.* Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.* Lead risk assessment and financial risk mitigation strategies.* Supervise and mentor the accounting and finance team.* Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.* Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management.* Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic business decisions.Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.* MBA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.* Minimum 15 years of experience in finance and accounting leadership roles.* Previous experience within the manufacturing or industrial sector.* Strong experience with banking facilities, corporate financing, and treasury management.* Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities.* ERP user: SAP.* Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.* Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
