This role requires a senior HR leader with direct experience in professional services firms in Egypt.PRIMARY OBJECTIVES• Reduce Cairo attrition, especially critical technical roles• Protect institutional knowledge and project continuity• Rebuild a professional, ownership-driven culture• Improve quality of hires and role fit• Upgrade Heads of Departments into capable people managersKEY RESPONSIBILITIESRetention & Knowledge Protection:• Design Cairo-specific retention strategies• Identify critical roles and high-risk talent• Implement knowledge continuity and mentorship programs• Conduct stay-interviews and early attrition risk detectionCulture Reset:• Embed accountability, excellence, and ownership• Eliminate behaviors causing disengagement• Introduce measurable culture indicatorsPerformance & Appraisals:• Redesign appraisal systems• Ensure fair, evidence-based evaluations• Train managers on performance conversationsRecruitment & Talent Quality:• Overhaul recruitment standards• Ensure role clarity and cultural fit• Eliminate mis-hiringHOD Leadership Development:• Coach technical HODs into people managers• Lead structured management capability programs• Embed people KPIs into HOD reviews• Address non-performing managersHR Governance:• Establish HR as a credible authority• Strengthen analytics, succession, and fairnessREQUIRED EXPERIENCE• 15+ years HR leadership• Professional services experience in Egypt (mandatory)• Managed 200+ professional staff• Proven attrition reduction and culture transformationNOT SUITABLE:• Manufacturing or labor-intensive industries• Pure admin/payroll profiles
