ResponsibilitiesManage and mentor the IT team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.Establish IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.Lead IT projects from planning through implementation.Manage technology vendors, service providers, and software partners.Control IT budgets and ensure cost-effective technology investments.Deliver projects on time and within budget.Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud solutions, and data centers.Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect business and manufacturing systems.Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, and data backup procedures.Monitor IT security risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with applicable IT regulations and standards.Establish IT audit controls and risk management frameworks.Maintain software licensing compliance and asset management.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.Required SkillsMinimum 15+ years of progressive IT experience.At least 5 years in a senior IT leadership role (IT Director, Head of IT, IT Manager).Experience within steel fabrication, steel manufacturing, heavy industry, industrial manufacturing, or engineering environments is mandatory.
