The organization values collaboration, performance, and long-term relationships with both partners and team members.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) role based in Cairo, Egypt. The CMO will lead the overall marketing strategy for ATR, shaping brand positioning, portfolio strategy, and international markets expansion plans across cosmetics categories. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing integrated marketing plans, overseeing market research and consumer insights, and guiding product launch strategies in alignment with business objectives. The role manages marketing budgets, sets performance KPIs, and collaborates closely with sales, distribution, and senior leadership to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and commercial priorities. The CMO will also oversee public relations, digital presence, and brand communications while leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing marketing team and cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.QualificationsProficiency in Market Planning and Marketing Management to design and execute comprehensive brand and portfolio strategies.Strong ability in Market Research to analyze data, generate insights, and translate findings into actionable plans.Experience in Public Relations to manage brand reputation, media relations, and external communications.Collaborative experience with Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals and revenue targets.Extensive leadership experience in senior marketing roles, ideally within FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or related sectors.Proven track record in managing multimarket or regional campaigns and overseeing sizable marketing budgets.Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to set clear priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, and build effective partnerships with global and local stakeholders.
