Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.About the Role:Designing and engineering high-velocity delivery hubs that maximize productivity per square meter.Job ResponsibilitiesAutoCAD Design: Produce optimized floor plans for all needed sites, focusing on "U-shaped" flow, conveyor placement, and courier dispatch zonesCivil & Electrical Oversight: Supervise the fit-out of HVAC, fire suppression, and high-load electrical systems (required for autosorters)Technical Audit: Conduct "pre-buy" structural audits of prospective sites to ensure floor-load and height complianceLean Implementation: Design hub layouts that force adherence to 5S methodology and minimize waste in parcel handlingJob QualificationsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering or MEP Engineering6-7 years of relevant experience in fit-out projects, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or commercial environmentsStrong expertise in fit-out design and executionProficient in AutoCADSolid knowledge of OSHA and NFPA standards and safety regulationsWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
