This position focuses on managing high-value prospects (“Red Accounts”) and complex deals while supporting the Sales Team Leader with insights, data, and market feedback. Although this role carries elevated responsibility, it does not include people management; it is a senior individual contributor role designed to bridge the path toward future leadership.Job Code:Incremental 2026COMM-131Job Responisbilities :Handle high-potential merchants and key accounts to achieve personal sales targets 35-40% higher than a regular Sales LeadFocus on big names and Red accounts with higher volume or strategic potentialSupport the Sales Team Leader in analyzing team performance, pipeline quality, and CRM hygieneShare sales insights, best practices, and success stories with other Sales Leads to improve overall team efficiencyAct as coverage for the Sales Team Leader during annual leave or short-term absenceCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, onboarding, and operations to ensure quick and smooth merchant activationMaintain accurate pipeline forecasting and update CRM with all relevant dataContribute to sales process improvements and feedback loops with the Senior Sales ManagerJob QualificationsExperience: 3-5 years in B2B sales within e-commerce logisticsProven record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targetsSkilled in negotiation, presentation, and client relationship managementStrong analytical and organizational mindset, able to interpret sales dashboardsCollaborative, supportive of peers, and capable of knowledge-sharingAmbitious and performance-driven, seeking growth toward a future Sales Team Leader roleProficient in using CRM and Google Workspace toolsWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
