Al Amer Contracting Company, specializing in industrial construction, is looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team. We work on major projects with foreign companies in Egypt, such as Coca-Cola, Guardian, and others. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of industrial projects, from planning and design to execution and follow-up, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.Responsibilities:Project Scheduling: Design and coordinate the project timeline, identify key tasks and milestones, and set deadlines.Organizational Planning: Create organizational charts outlining resource distribution and task assignments to ensure efficient work allocation.Document Management: Prepare all project-related documents, including work plans, progress reports, and technical/legal paperwork.Project Coordination: Oversee the execution of tasks, ensuring that all teams (engineers, workers, contractors, suppliers) are on schedule.Meetings with Owners and Consultants: Actively participate in meetings with owners and consultants to discuss project progress, implement requests, and address any concerns.Project Planning and Follow-up: Ensure proper coordination and planning between all involved parties.Regular Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on project progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.SkillsRequirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Recent graduate from 2019 to 2021 at the latest, with a strong desire to develop project management skills.Technical Skills:Proficiency in creating project schedules using Microsoft Project.Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools.Proficient in preparing drawings and using AutoCAD.Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams and work under pressure.Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.Problem-Solving Ability: High decision-making and problem-solving skills.Attention to Detail: Ability to follow up on tasks and meet objectives efficiently and accurately.
